The Spa is proud to offer weekly group classes at the Inn's state-of-the-art fitness center! Whether you're discovering your vacation motivation, or switching up your workout routine, enjoy professionally-led morning classes offered on a weekly basis through the season.
All skill levels are welcome, and all equipment is provided. Youth ages 15+ are welcome with an adult.

Yoga Class Description:
Enjoy a sequence of yoga postures and poses to align, strengthen and promote flexibility. Barre Class

Barre Class Description:
Barre class is a low impact toning class. Barre is based on, but not limited to, elements of Pilates, yoga, and ballet. Light weights and high repetition are used in toning the entire body. Sunset Sound Healing
Imagine being surrounded by the sounds, frequencies, and vibrations of sound healing instruments alongside the soothing waves of Lake Michigan as you are guided into a meditation that invites and inspires ease and calm into the body, mind, and spirit. Sunset Sound Healing invites participants to gather lakeside Monday evenings in throughout July and August to embrace our gorgeous summer season in a unique and relaxing way.
Practitioner and facilitator Amanda will guide guests through this self-care session featuring a somatic body and breath scan, enhancing self-awareness and releasing tension. The session is complemented by the soothing sounds and vibrations of quartz crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and more. These instruments interact with the body on a cellular level, facilitating a meditative state and promoting deep relaxation.

This is a no-movement classAll experience levels are welcome
Warm and comfortable layered clothing is recommended.
PROVIDED: Yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye pillow, and water
BRING, IF DESIRED: Favorite pillow or blanket, mat for additional support
Please Note: Session may be cancelled by the Resort due to inclement weather. Guests will be notified and will not be charged in this case.
